A card at the time of booking is used as a guarantee only — payment is taken on arrival or according to the rate. For legal entities — bank transfer with a full package of accounting documents: invoice, certificate, VAT invoice.

A Khabarovsk Region tourist tax has been added to the room price since 1 January 2025: 1% in 2025, 2% in 2026. The tax is automatically included in the final amount upon booking confirmation.
